RETURNS AND EXCHANGES : Returns and exchanges are free of cost if you receive incorrect products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (different from what was ordered), or damaged products. Please note that a box unpacking video is required for the return or exchange process. Once we receive your return or exchange request, it will be initiated within 2-3 business days. If the product meets all the mentioned criteria and the video is provided, we will process your exchange and ship the correct product, which you will receive within 5-7 business working days.

GUIDELINE FOR A VALID RETURN- Products should be in original condition. Items must be in original packaging, including polybags, hangtags and boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Tags should be retained and returned.                                                               

Jewellery is returnable only on the products above Rs. 1500.

CANCELLATION POLICY - An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.                                                                

REFUND POLICY - Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
